Refund policy
If you receive a defective product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within one week from the date of delivery.
However, in the unlikely event that the product is different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged or stained, you may return or exchange it within one week of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the product has not been used or worn.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items
If the item has been damaged or soiled by the customer
If we are unable to confirm the shipping invoice or transaction history.
In the case that the product page states that the product is non-returnable.
All shipping costs for returns will be borne by our company.
