The original body is slowly woven with a rare old-fashioned loop knitting machine with the top yarn spun to improve the fastness by dyeing from the raw cotton stage and to create a beautiful melange (heathered) finish with uneven dyeing.
Each part is sewn with two needles, following the specifications of the good old days, and the ribs are also circular knit to achieve a seamless circular knit rib like a vintage.
The set-in sleeves are common in vintage sweatshirts, and the sewing thread around the collar is accented with a thick rayon thread that is rarely seen in older items.
