各部縫製も2本針にて仕上げるなど旧き良き時代の仕様を踏襲し、リブも同じく丸編みすることでヴィンテージ同様に継ぎ目のない丸編みリブを実現しています。
ヴィンテージスウェットでは一般的なセットインスリーブ、衿回りの縫製糸には旧い個体にも稀に見られる太番手のレーヨン糸でアクセントを加え、リブカラーを切り替えることで2トーン仕様に仕上げました。

The original body is slowly knitted on a rare old-style suspension knitting machine using top yarn spun from raw cotton that has been dyed to increase its colorfastness and create a beautiful melange (wooden pattern) with uneven dyeing.
The ribs are also knit in the same way as in vintage sweatshirts, creating a seamless circular knit rib.
The set-in sleeves are common in vintage sweatshirts, and the sewing thread around the collar is accented with thick rayon thread, which is rarely seen in older pieces, and the rib color is switched to create a two-tone specification.
