About hemming

If you wish to raise the hem , please wear it after receiving the item, and fix it firmly with pins etc. so that the desired length does not shift before shipping .

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but only items purchased from our online shop (within 2 weeks of arrival, if not worn other than trying on, please be sure to send them after washing) will be hemmed for the first time free of charge. We will also bear the return cost after hemming only for the first time .

Delivery time is about 2 weeks (please note that it may take a little longer during busy periods etc.)

・Hemming conforms to product specifications (single stitch for single product, chain stitch for chain).
・We cannot accept any returns or refunds after hemming.
・Because hemming is done by hand, there may be some errors (we cannot tell you exactly how many cm it will shrink).
・In the case of hemming, there is no hem processing or hits.
・We do not include leftover cloth after hemming.
