A print model of the set-in sleeve [ 23W-PVSS ] that is a staple in the fall and winter and is well-known in the vintage market.
We use a rare old-style loop knitting machine that is currently in operation only in some factories in Wakayama Prefecture.
The fabric is woven slowly using only the weight of the fabric without any unnecessary tension, and is characterized by its chewy softness and durability that can withstand years of washing and wear.
It follows the typical details of vintage sweatshirts, such as the double V gusset attached to the neck to prevent sweat and shrinkage, and the use of thick sewing thread for the collar ribbing.
Shiny rayon thread is used for the collar ribs and sewn with flat seams that have less unevenness to add decorativeness without sacrificing comfort.
In addition, it has a slightly tanned color, a plump three-dimensional feel, and a tight silhouette, giving it a more vintage look.
In conjunction with this season's featured item, commonly known as the "Tankers Jacket" [ 23W-TANKERS-C ], we have created an original design with an Indian head motif.
